In 2015, Stoner Bunting adopted a business model to attract and advance young professionals’ career goals by engaging them in a comprehensive full-time internship program. This allows the agency to determine skill sets, define professional goals and decide if they adapt to fast-paced agency culture. Through this “extended job interview,” which can last anywhere from one to three months, Stoner Bunting has welcomed three new account executives to its expanding account services and public relations teams: Diana David, PR assistant account executive; Chyna Finefrock, assistant account executive; and Emily Shuler, PR assistant account executive.
Diana David graduated from Temple University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism in her hometown of Philadelphia, PA. With experience in a newsroom, political communications firm and event planning PR firm, she began her stint with Stoner Bunting as a public relations associate in November 2015, eventually making her way to assistant account executive. Her areas of responsibilities include case study development, pitching and media cultivation, content development, social media management and reporting for clients.
Chyna Finefrock graduated from West Chester University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology. For her first take in marketing, Finefrock returned to her hometown of Lancaster, PA to work with Stoner Bunting as an account services assistant in November 2015 before accepting a full-time position as assistant account executive. Her areas of responsibility include supporting the account executive in client communications, planning and evaluation of client information and agency deliverables, as well as assisting in media planning and execution of specs.
Emily Shuler earned her Bachelor of Arts in communication from Kutztown University in 2015. She is a proud member of Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communication Association. Prior to joining Stoner Bunting in January 2016 as a public relations associate, she was a marketing intern at Clark Service Group in Lancaster, PA with experience in social media blog campaigns. Her areas of responsibilities include case study development, pitching and media cultivation, content development, social media management and reporting for clients.
